"Decent app, but the billing wording is misleading"
The app itself was okay and did what I needed, but the cancellation process was more annoying than it should’ve been. Some of the wording made it sound like I was fully canceled, but then I still got charged one more time. Support did eventually respond, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Just frustrating because it felt like the billing language could be a lot clearer

"I really like that I can…"
I really like that I can adjust the workouts based on my level and what I’m trying to work toward. It doesn’t feel like some random one-size-fits-all plan. There’s just something about it that makes it feel more made for me.

"Helpful for meal planning, even if support can be slow"
I’ve been using evolveyou mainly for the nutrition side of things, and it’s been solid. The meal ideas are easy to follow, and I like that it doesn’t make me feel like I’m signing my life away to some super strict plan. I already overthink what to eat enough as it is, especially when I’m standing in the grocery store pretending I know what I came in for, so having a bit of structure really helps. The recipes make planning food a lot less annoying, and I’ve actually stuck with this longer than most apps I’ve tried. The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that support can take a while to reply sometimes, and a few of the recipes are a little basic. Not bad, just kind of the same vibe as when someone tells you to “just make a salad” like that solves everything. Still, overall it’s useful, easy to use, and it’s helped me stay more consistent with food without feeling overwhelmed.

"Helpful, though not always personal"
I remember using it on a stressful afternoon when I just needed quick help, it did make things easier. It gave me a decent answer and helped me move forward, which I really appreciated in the moment. That said, there were times when it felt a little generic, like it wasn’t fully tuned in to what I actually needed. Still useful overall, just not always as personal as I hoped.

"Super easy to use"
It’s really easy to find workouts on here without any messing around. I can just open it up, pick something, and get started

"Good app, but the watch syncing is hit or miss"
I do like the app overall, honestly. It’s easy enough to use and I’m still using it, so that says something. The Apple Watch syncing though… kind of all over the place. Some workouts show up just fine, then other times my steps or calories are missing for a while, and I’m sitting there checking if it actually synced. I’ve had to reconnect my watch twice too, which got annoying fast. Not a huge deal, I guess, but for what it costs I expected that part to feel more seamless. Hopefully they clean up the syncing issues because the rest of the app is solid

"I’ve been using EvolveYou for a little while..."
I’ve been using EvolveYou for a little while now, and overall I feel comfortable with how my data is handled. The privacy settings are there, and I do appreciate being able to manage things like notifications and account details without too much hassle.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few parts still feel more confusing than they need to be. The privacy policy is a bit long, and I was expecting clearer instructions or simpler explanations in some spots. Nothing has worried me so far, but it would be better if everything was easier to understand at a glance

"Pretty handy for workouts when the signal is bad"
I’ve been really liking that I can use EvolveYou offline. The wifi at my gym is kind of unreliable, and my data seems to drop out a lot, but as long as I’ve saved the workouts beforehand, they load fine. It just makes following a plan so much less frustrating. It’s a simple feature, but it probably makes a bigger difference than I expected.

"Really easy to track progress"
I’ve been using EvolveYou for a few weeks now, i’m really liking it. It makes it super easy to see how I’m doing, which keeps me motivated to stick with my workouts. I especially like being able to look back and realize I’m actually improving. Simple, helpful, and easy to use.

"Pretty solid app"
I’ve been using evolveyou for a bit now and it’s been really good. The workouts open quick, I haven’t had any weird crashes, and my progress saves like it should. I had one small laggy moment once, but it sorted itself out. Just nice using an app that doesn’t overcomplicate everything

"Works with my chaotic schedule"
My work schedule is all over the place, so I like that I can squeeze in a workout whenever I get a free window. Sometimes I wish I had a little more routine with it, but that’s more on me than anything. It’s been really easy to make it fit into my day...

"I’ll give them credit, they..."
I’ll give them credit, they do add new workouts often, which is more than I can say for a lot of fitness apps. It keeps things from feeling stale, and I can switch things up without having to overthink it, which is nice for once

"I’ve been using EvolveYou for a few..."
I’ve been using EvolveYou for a few months now and I’ve really liked how it doesn’t feel like everything is built for one specific “perfect” body type

There are different levels to choose from, and I never felt weird or embarrassed when I needed to modify something, which I appreciated a lot since some fitness apps can make beginners feel out of place

I’m giving it 4 stars because the app can be a little slow here and there, but overall it feels welcoming, realistic, and actually doable

"Workouts Felt a Bit All Over the Place"
I wanted to like it, and I appreciate the effort that went into the program, but the workouts felt random. There didn’t seem to be a clear plan or progression, so I was often left wondering why I was doing certain exercises. It wasn’t terrible, but it was a little frustrating.

"The community keeps me coming back"
I’ve stayed with EvolveYou way longer than I usually stick with workout apps, which makes me wonder if I’ve been too quick to give up on others before. But there’s something about the community here that really helps. Seeing other women showing up and putting in the effort makes me want to keep going too

"Too rigid when I’m short on time"
I like the app well enough, but the workouts feel way too fixed for my schedule. Some days I’ve only got 20 minutes, and trying to shorten things without throwing off the whole plan just feels like wasted energy. I end up spending more time figuring out what to skip than actually working out. It’s not a bad app, I just wish it had easier quick workout options for busy days.

"I really like that I can use..."
I really like that I can use this for workouts at home or at the gym without overthinking it. Some days I’m like, “Okay, I’m not leaving the house,” and it still works perfectly. Other days I actually make it to the gym, and it fits right into that too. Just makes working out feel a lot more doable.

"Nice for building up at your own pace"
I’ve been using EvolveYou and I really like that it has workouts for different fitness levels. I’m not exactly super fit, so it’s nice being able to choose something that doesn’t feel overwhelming, but still feels like I’m doing something useful.

A few moves were still a little advanced for me, but most of the time it’s easy to adjust or slow things down. I can see myself continuing to use it as I get stronger, especially since there are harder options to move on to later.

"Good app, but the gear requirements can be a bit much"
I like the app overall and it’s been helpful, but some workouts need way more equipment than I expected. It feels like an avoidable issue if there were more options for people with limited gear

"Good workouts, but could use more variety"
The workouts are decent and easy enough to follow, but after using it for a while, they started to feel a bit repetitive. I wish there were more options or different styles to choose from to keep things interesting. Overall, it’s not bad, but I’d feel a lot more motivated if there was more variety.
